Tiffany Willis  

Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Starbucks

Tiffany Willis is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Starbucks, where she leads the company's financial communication strategy for its nearly $130 billion market capitalization. She has successfully guided the investment community through five CEO transitions at Starbucks while navigating business challenges. 

 

Before joining Starbucks, Tiffany led investor relations for several Fortune 500 companies, managed a $22 billion acquisition, and gained international experience in locations such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Argentina. 

 

Dedicated to community service, Tiffany has a long history of involvement, including her role as Ms. Black Georgia USA, where she focused on empowering at-risk youth. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ron Clark Academy. 

 

Academically accomplished, Tiffany graduated from the advanced management program at the Wharton School of Business, holds an MBA from Emory University, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duquesne University, along with several professional certifications.
