Chief People Officer, Rocket Software 

Julie Law is the Chief People Officer at Rocket Software, leading all aspects of the employee experience, from hiring to leadership development. Passionate about cultural transformation, she fosters an inclusive, empowering workplace that drives business success.  

 

Before joining Rocket Software in 2022, she held senior HR leadership roles at John Hancock, Manulife, AWS and PwC, where she played a key role in global talent strategy and organizational transformation.  

 

Julie holds a B.A. in Sociology from Wittenberg University and is an advocate for early childhood education. She also co-founded ‘An Evening for Bridget,’ raising over $500,000 for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  

 

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, skating, traveling and cheering on her two sons in soccer.
